Staff special at reopened Flying Clipper restaurant on Thursday, December 1


 
A special day of food for staff will be held at the newly refurbished Flying Clipper restaurant on Thursday, December 1.
Come along to the restaurant at the Northland Road building from 12-2pm for lunch and 7-10 p.m. for dinner.
The day will feature a special menu including canapes, spicy butternut squash soup, braised beef, roast chicken and apple and blackberry crumble.
The special menu will be prepared by second year students on the Professional Chef’s diploma and will be served by NVQ level 3 supervisory and leadership students.
The Clipper is open for lunch from 12-2 p.m. and dinner from 7-10 p.m.
Reservations must be made in advance.
