Staff and students have been asked to
donate to the Foyle Foodbank Christmas appeal.
The Foodbank has a huge demand on their
resources at Christmas and need help in boosting supplies. Items most welcome are sugar, tea, coffee, tinned meat and vegetables, tinned fish, rice, biscuits, cooking sauces, condiments and selection boxes. Please no beans or pasta as they have loads!
Collection points are Student Services, Tower Building and Limavady. The appeal will run until the end of November.
Please bear in mind it is people from our own city that the foodbank will support, so please give generously!
The college is also asking people to take part in the 'Give a Gift and Light up a Life' this Christmas for local children and young people.
We need your help to make Christmas special for children and young people who have little or nothing under the tree on Christmas morning. All new, wrapped toys and gifts are welcome and will be distributed in local communities in time for Christmas.
Please leave your Christmas gift, wrapped and labelled with age at: Student Services, Strand Road; Reception, Strabane; Reception, Greystone Campus; Reception, Springtown campus; and Reception, Limavady campus.
Please leave your gift before Thursday, December 15, 2016.
