John picks up top gong at 'Chef's Oscars' in London

Well done to our Hospitality and Catering Lecturer John Crowe who has taken the top teaching prize at the Chef industry’s version of the ‘Oscars’!

John was named Chef Lecturer of the Year at the annual ‘Craft Guild of Chefs Awards’ on Monday 1st June in a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel, which recognises the crème de la crème of the UK chef industry. He picked up the award in front of an audience of 800 industry luminaries for his innovation and dedication to teaching.
