Safer Internet Day

NWRC Students’ Union members Jake Craig and Owen McCarthy help launch Safer Internet Day at the College with Mandy Monteith, PSNI Crime Prevention Officer, Michelle Breslin and Brenda Begley, Student services, and Gerard McCole, Network Services Manager. Safer Internet Day is an national annual campaign, raising awareness on issues of internet safety ranging from fraud, money scamming, trolling and social media bullying. NWRC set up an advice workshop in the earning Resource Centre to help promote Internet Safety to students.
