Penalty shoot-out heartbreak for NWRC U-18s

Our mens’ U-18 Soccer team were narrowly defeated by Belfast Met yesterday in their quarter-final clash of the N. Ireland Schools & Colleges Cup . After 90 minutes, and extra time, the teams were level on 1-1 forcing the game into on penalties, with the NWRC lads missing out on sudden death for the second year in a row. The team gave 100% during this game and throughout the season, and have been great ambassadors for the College.    Well done to each of the players and staff involved.
