Each week staff and students are involved in a range of events and charitable activities. Here are just a few recent events: Beauty students presented a cheque for over £300 to the Stand Up to Cancer appeal; L2 students set up a Young Enterprise business selling passive speakers; Leading Make Up Artist Paddy McGurgan visited the Strand Rd campus for a skills workshop; A Christmas pop up nail bar was very well received in the Tower Building; Two Catering students represented NWRC as part of the Yes Chef Kitchen Team; Workskills students hosted a Christmas Trade Fair, and, the Greystone Campus welcomed Mayor Alan Robinson along with pupils from Central Primary School for a hands on introduction to construction.
