A Professional Chef Diploma students who completed his course at the Strand Rd Campus in June has joined one of the most prestigious restaurants in the UK, thanks to a 10 day placement organised by the College. 21 year old Oliver Molloy is now working under 2 starred Michelin Chef Michael Caines at the stunning Gidleigh Park Hotel in Devon.
