As of 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection
Regulations (GDPR) come into effect in the UK and across Europe. These
Regulations represent a fundamental shift in the way organisations must treat
personal data. The College values and respects all personal information and we
have updated our Data Protection Policy and related Procedures to reflect our commitment to respecting and protecting
all personal data, rights and privacy by processing personal information within
the provisions of GDPR.
A new Data Protection Portal has been
developed to provide you with all the updated Policies, Procedures, Privacy
Statements and Staff Training. We will continue to update this Portal with
guidance and advice to ensure we adhere to the regulations.
