More than 300 walkers and runners took to the streets of the
city last Thursday night for the North West Regional College's inaugural 5k event.
Using glowsticks and reflector bands the college’s message
was about staying fit and healthy, but with advice about how important it
is to stay safe when walking/running on dark evenings.
